How do I return/exchange an item?
We encourage conscious buying so we do not have a return policy, however exchange can be done only for size up and down.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Modifying or cancelling an order is possible so long as the merchandise has not yet entered the packaging or shipment phases. If you have an Appulu account, to modify or cancel your order-
Login to your Appulu account
Click on order history tab (LEFT SIDE OR RIGHT HAND SIDE will decide once the sign in option is there)
Under modify, select the subject of your request.
Fill out the contact form and send us your request. (Contact form for modification has to be made)
If the modified order is of more value than your current order value then you would be charged for the balance amount and if it’s less than the current order value then you would be provided with a store credit for your next purchase within the period of 1 year.
How can I return a damaged item?
If an item is received damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery of the item along with proper visible picture of the product stating the issue at firstname.lastname@example.org
For damaged items, you will be provided an exchange for the same item.
Note- Appulu is not responsible for damage or loss of item(s) during transit.
When will I receive my order?
Once your purchase has been completed, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address that we have on file for you. This email acts as an invoice and includes your order number and will be updated with your tracking number once your parcel dispatches. Once your order is placed a standard processing time of up to 2 business days is required before the order is shipped out.
How do I know the item will fit me?
Our garments are comfort fit. In order to find the best fit the following information is available-
Product specific measurement i.e. Shoulder, Chest, Length etc.
Standard body measurement chart is also available for your reference.
What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?
If your tracking shows the carrier has delivered your package, but you have not received it, it becomes the responsibility of the buyer. You will need to file a claim with the carrier.
Are duties and taxes included with my order?
Our prices for India are inclusive of GST plus shipping is also free. For international orders, as we are not responsible for any taxes, customs then it’s completely customer’s responsibility to pay for it. Only shipping cost will be added to the price. We have free shipping in India and free shipping above 300 $ worldwide.
Can I return my customised order?
No, Please note that customised orders cannot be returned.
