Our Return & Exchange policy
We do not have a return policy however we are open to exchange for size up and down wherever possible. Customer will be responsible to pay for reverse shipment charges in case of size exchange.Â
Products should be returned in original condition with tags attached. Please inspect items upon receiving them, if you do not notify us of any issue within 24 hours of delivery, our team won’t be able to help.Â
If an item is received damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery of the item along with proper visible picture of the product stating the issue at contact@appulu.co
For damaged items, you will be provided an exchange for the same item.
To complete your exchange, we would require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that customised orders cannot be returned.Â
Note- Appulu is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We reserve the right to reject any exchange request that does not fulfil our exchange policy.
Clearance Sale return policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
